Lilly. I don’t care about her haters, I think she is a great character
My favorite secondary character is Willy I don’t even know why but I love that little dude so much.
Well, aside from Clem obviously (c'mon, that'd be cheating xD), I'd definitely say Lilly, Violet, Louis and Tenn. The latter three have really started to grow on me, and while I know that I shouldn't get too attached - this is the TWD, after all - it's hard not to feel for these guys. They seem to be well-rounded characters with realistic faults as well as virtues, and it's pretty refreshing being able to have Clem connect with kids her own age.
And Lilly, well... I'm hoping she'll be as interesting as she was back then. From the looks of things, I don't think I'll really need to worry about that.
Favourite character I'd say would have to be Louis. He's just too relatable. Cracking (mostly) badly timed jokes to break up the tension. His reaction to Marlon's death was what I've expected.
Second favourite would probably be Violet. I guess I just appreciate having a well written introverted character. The fact that she stepped up in Episode 2 also shows character development, and shows more layers to her character. She might be a closed up individual, but she'll still kick some ass if she has to. And don't even get me started with her great romance scene.
I liked Lilly, even though she is a villain.
I think she's like Kid Buu, evil character but he couldnt hurt Hercule (or Mr Satan) in the end because he remembers when he was friend with him.
This shit can also be applied to Lilly for the most part, she is basically a villain but she still retain some sort of (weird) affection towards Clementine.
The introvert students are deffo my favs, but I like every other one as well, with me liking them less based on how much development they got. I like Lilly and AJ, too. Of those two, AJ.
Besides Clem, Louis (I find his goofy antics endearing) and AJ (you can't tell me the "I'll be strong too so you don't have to, not all the time" and "I love you Clem" "I love you back" is not just heartwarming). Besides those, I've definitely warmed up to Violet compared to ep 1.
Other than the obvious choice (Clementine), I'd have to say Louis. Despite being against me for a good chunk of the episode, I still have a soft spot for him. He regretted his actions later on and apologized, and you can see even when he wanted us gone there was a part of him that regretted it. He knows how to lighten the mood, even in the darkest of times, and he's a pretty solid guy, even if he doesn't take everything seriously.
why do you like her as a character??
Violet, Tenn, and Louis all stand out as great characters. Violet really stepped up for Clem in episodes 1 and 2 and is becoming a leader. Tenn is sweet and so genuine. Louis is hilarious and relatable.
Favorite is still Louis, but Violet is basically tied with him in my heart, and I already loved her so much. Making her leader is probably the best decision for her character, considering her introverted nature.
Lilly, Lilly and errr Lilly
AJ and Violet
Mitch he had a redemption type episode sure he was an ass to Clementine but understandable reaction when he saw the danger from Lilly group he stepped right up to makeing them bombs and taking the high risked part of the plan to fight Lilly's group
tenn..hes a good kid
Clem, AJ, Louis
But I also like Tenn, Rosie and Aasim. I didn't like Violet in Ep 1 but she grew on me in Ep 2.
I would die for Louis and Rosie.
Well besides the two obvious ones (Clem and AJ), Louis, Violet, Tenn and Rosie are my favourites.
Clementine (obviously)
Louis - he's funny and the kind of person you'd want to have as a friend
Violet - sweet and serious and also the kind of person you'd want to have as a friend
I absolutely loved Lilly in episode 2. They’re going in a good direction with her character I think
Fav characters- Louis, AJ, Tenn, Lilly, James
Pros-
Louis, funny guy makes people smile make them not have too much stressed
Tenn, I love him believing an Afterlife, Always friendly towards AJ. AJ really needs a new friend too.
AJ, Cutest lil child love him. Always so practical sometimes.
Lilly, Love her bitterness love her remembering season 1 and all the stuff that happened.
James, Mysterious guy. I like how he helps walkers live on and he is a big pacifist.
Cons-
Louis, Needs to be more serious, probably is in the later episodes. (Still more jokes though).
Tenn, Needs to believe more on what Clementine has to say, because he almost got killed in the ending.
AJ, Needs to learn how actions have consequences, more smart thinking in dire situations.
Lilly, More Bitter want to see more action.
James, More about himself tbh.
My favorite are Clem and Louis,
But.
I fucking hate Ruby: she interrupted both Louine and Violetine for fuck's sake
Louis is a cinnamon roll that needs to protected at all costs.
Other than that, I'm not going to mention Clementine because that kinda speaks for itself, but I definitely wanna mention Violet, Tenn, Ruby, James, AJ and surprisingly Lilly.
Overall a really great cast of characters.
Clem Louis Assim Ruby and Lily are my favourites.
My favorites in Done Running were Louis, Willy, AJ(arguably), and Tenn.
Pros: Louis is upbeat, encouraging, clever, funny, supportive, and just plain fun to be around. Willy is hilariously odd. AJ is pretty smart, brave, and practical for his age, adorable and humorous within it, and dedicated to protecting Clementeen. Tenn is easily one of the most kind, well-adjusted, insightful, and compassionate survivors we've met.
Cons: Louis's depths aren't really established outside of subtle/quick moments, his backstory is barely explored(much like the others), and his longtime friendship with Marlon is surprisingly under showcased, with the old picture in the Headmaster's office, the final War question(through very minute implication that you wouldn't be expected to consider without the first instance), and determinately the appeal choice being the only times it comes up. Willy is very ancillary besides the first impression and doesn't even have a choice/interaction message in the credits. AJ was ultimately too used to the apocalyptic lifestyle(complete with cringey talks of "being strong/weak") and as such, can be pretty insensitive, aggressive, or possessive at times. Tenn's way of coping, while surprisingly profound in it's optimism, unfortunately left him open for potential powerfulessness once the truth of what happened to his sisters came to light.
James.
I fucking love that dude.
Why though? We don't know anything about him.
He seemed pretty cool from the 8 minutes we knew him.
Plus, he gave Clem and AJ an apple.
Fair enough
Clementine, james, Rosie, Marlon, Mitch, aj, tenn
Tryin to think of who to put for Suffer the Children
Lilly,I’m so happy she’s back I’m over the Carley/Doug crap.
I’m so happy she’s alive #Lilly4Life
AJ, Violet, Tenn and Lilly
My top three picks are Clem, AJ, and Violet. If I had to exclude Clem and AJ, for fairness as they are the center pieces of the story, I would pick Violet, Louis, and Lilly.
Clem... well, duh, it's Clementine. A strong survivor with a will of iron and a heart of gold when it matters. She is a boon to anyone she crosses paths with and her journey has been a total joy to watch over the years.
AJ has a lot of moments that I can appreciate and empathize with. It's highly rewarding to watch him explore new relationships and see him stumble as he tries to find his way. Plus he has some pretty good one liners.
Violet is definitely a character with layers and we are starting to see more and more of those layers as time progresses. She's got an edge about her but also has a soft side, and she's fiercely loyal to her friends.
Louis is a bit of a mix feelings for me but his charm and quick funny wit make him worth hanging around. I hope to see more growth from him as a character since he seems like a one trick pony.
Lilly is a very complicated character. Like Clem she is strong survivor with a will of iron and has had to do some very nasty things to survive. However despite her flaws she still has a human side to her that she hasn't completely killed, as evident when she had Clem dead to rights and didn't pull the trigger, exasperating, 'This should be easy...'.
Honorable mentions! Abel - he's just a guy I love to hate. Willy - grandma walkers and squirrels are his biggest opponents. Rosie - being able to crush a walker's skull is just damn impressive.
My favorite is Luis. I enjoy his comical side. On the contrary; he doesn't think about the future too much.
Clem, AJ, Louis and Lilly.
awesome comment thank you
Marlon and James
