NEED HELP PLEEAAASE!!!!

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I AM SO FRUSTRATED, I PLAYED THE BONES DEMO WITH NO PROBLEMS AND NOW WHEN I PURCHASE THE FULL GAME, I GET TO THE YELLOW SCROLL AND I HEAR MUSIC BUT THE GAME JUST SHUTS DOWN ON ME, I HAVE TRIED INSTALLING IT AND REINSTALLING IT AGAIN, AND NOTHING, AND THEN I THOUGHT IT WAS THE DIRECTX 9 SO I DOWNLOADED THAT, THEN REINSTALLED AND... NOTHING. I'VE RUN OUT OF METHODS AND IDEAS ON HOW TO GET THIS GAME GOING, I AM NOT THAT EXPERIANCED WITH COMPUTERS, SO IF SOMEONE...ANYONE, COULD GUIDE ME THROUGH THIS I WOULD REALLY APPRECIAT IT, THANKS SARAH

    ALSO I JUST GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING "COULD NOT INITALIZE DIRECT3D" ? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS??

    Hi there.

    If you downloaded the game a day ago or so, chances are that you downloaded the version that had a problem regarding various graphic cards. There is a new version out now, so I would try uninstalling the game and re-downloading and installing it!

    I HAVE TRIED UNISTALLING IT And installing again, but nothing, if anyone would be so kind to pm me and guide me through the process I would be evere so great full!!! Thanks, SArah
