Are the release dates of episode 3 and 4 maintened?

Nope. EP3 will probably release late november/early december and ep4 early to late feburary.
Episode 3 might release on time since it's basically finished and just needs polishing, but it might be delayed by a week or two. Episode 4 is definitely delayed considering how it's not even animated yet.
I don't think so, the dates where always subject to change and as the development is behind and they still need to get it rated and certified i don't think they will make the deadline.
I would say that Episode 3 definitely won't meet the original deadline but is possible to be released before the end of the year. Honestly though I rather they get as much time as they need to release a quality product and finish Clem's story than rush it out half-assed, so if that means both episodes need much more work (especially 4 if they want something with as much complexity as the final episode of Enemy Within had) then so be it.
Since no work has been done on the remaining episodes since the mass layoffs we will probably get episode 3 on episode 4 release date and episode 4 1q next year
I hope episode 3 comes out before Christmas but I have no real problem waiting until 2019 for episode 4.
If everything stays consistent l, I’d expect Ep 3 mid November, about a week or 2 passed it’s original date since its basically polish work thats left. And Episode 4 will most likely start off the new year in January. February at the latest. It works for me considering I never wanted Clem’s journey to end as quickly as it would of.

Which makes sense. Before the sudden declaration of bankruptcy, the scheduled release of episode 3 was 60 days away...
The development only stopped 2 weeks ago, so I’ll say a 2 week/a month delay at most

I want Episode 3 and 4 to be done properly. Absolutely no rushing. Taking as much time as needed.
They’ll both very likely be delayed, but probably not by a ton. Episode 3 might still release in November, but Episode 4 will likely be January or February.
Sorry if it's a stupid question but why do people think it'll be delayed, since it's allegedly basically finished, and till Nov 6 it should be enough time to finish it?
Idk. Development only stopped for 2 weeks as well, and is presumably continuing soon, so if there would be a delay then it’ll only be for a week anyway.
When a game is "basically finished", it means they only need to polish it, which takes several weeks if not months or years to do. It all depends on how big the game or episode ends up being.
The polishing of a TFS episode seems to take as much as 6 to 7 weeks.
Episode 3 will probably have a delay but not a huge one due to the episode being practically finished already. Episode 4 though will probably have a more noticeable delay.
