I can easily see any adults around just went home to their families instead of trying to help the kids, especially if the kids are more of the fire bug, bitters and the kid that always has to wear mittens type and not just juveniles who committed minor crimes.

No. I've just decided that for myself. Honestly I like to lowkey pretend season 3 doesnt even exist...so that def didnt happen with my Clem. Everyones clem is different though.

That's an alternative or possible option for the player to pursue, but at the end of the day, our Clem is decided by the choices we do make, not the ones we don't.
