Who Would You Want Back?
Dead or alive, which character would you want to return in season 4, episode 3 and give us a reason why. (Excluding Lee because he's a too obvious)
For me, I think I'm going to go with Ben. It would be interesting to see what kind of person he would become after eight years of the apocalypse and how he would've survived for eight years. He would surely be stronger and smarter for starters, but his mental state would be interesting to investigate, whether he was able to stay level headed or ended up like Carver. To see Ben be able to redeem himself would be quite the scene for most of us (Maybe by kicking Lilly's ass to save Clem? That'd be cool to watch.) and having a choice on how Clementine will react on seeing him again.

You know what, it would be interesting to see how far Ben would have come as a survivor and how he'd react to seeing what Lilly has become in part because of his poor decisions in the past.
I'd like to see Kenny again, in my main playthrough he left Clementine and AJ in Wellington so he might still be alive.
Also would be cool to see how Lilly's reaction could be.

Without pulling up a character sheet to consider my options, I honestly don't know/think I'd find a character who could not only be a neat return, but simultaneously be not too big a deal in their return and not be ancillary enough to wonder why they bothered.
Plus, there's the matter of Lily herself and how encouraging that is.

Tbh, I felt like Lilly was going down a dark path after her father's death - I wouldn't really blame Ben for Lilly's actions. He would probably still feel more guilty about Duck and Kat more than Lilly's mental state.

I wouldn't want Lee back even if he was an option tbh. I think his death had good timing and it helped the series move in a lot of directions i'm not sure it could have with him.
Eleanor is starting to grow on me if they bring her back begging for forgiveness then she becomes a hero and rescues Clem or something.
Kenny of course. He's fucking Boat God. Not sure how he'd fit in with a group of kids at a boarding school but he's simply the all might boat lord. Gotta have him. He'd kick ass and break skulls.
Javier probably most of all at this point. I loved ANF unlike most which is why i'd enjoy Javier and Clem reuniting. That'd be one special moment.
Gabe just I could see his reaction to violetine. Arvo so aj could add another person to the list of people he dropped and because I hate arvo. Luke just so I can see him fail another ice challenge again and laugh at him again. Carly because I love her. Kate because I love her also. Mariana because I liked her. Ava because I thought she was cool. Eleanor because I love her too. Molly because she's awesome and I love her. Jane so I could see her and lilly fight. Javier because he's cool. Kenny because I like him. I'd love to see jane fight molly too.

Before TFS was released I was hoping to see Lilly and Molly again. I don't think Molly is coming back though.

This is what I would’ve imagined if Duck survived and matured as a character.
Hard to imagine that they'd come across AJ. Duck surviving possibly changes the entire course of events after getting to Savannah. A surviving Duck means a surviving Katjaa, at least initially. Another child that sticks to Clementine, another reasonable voice in his mother and a Kenny with a clear head entering Savannah.
I was actually prompted to investigate this in another thread of mines, but it is technically possible for Duck to have potentially survived the Season while still losing Katjaa and maybe Kenny at key points.
Yeah sure, it's fiction so anything is possible, technically or otherwise. Both Katjaa or Kenny could have died for any number of reasons. The following events would have to change regardless of what specifically ends up happening to lead to Duck and Clem on their own.
I know. I was just surprised at how many ways things could go to potentially end up with at least Duck surviving the season, which is funny considering.
