What do you think the rescue plan’s going to be?
I think that the kids will pretend to surrender, join the camp for a limited time and learn how to use machinery and then when they are trained well enough, they can try to fight and escape.

That's probably the straightforward solution, yes.
Another is that they figure out who the other side is(or rather, get caught by them) and see what sorta of deal they can cut.
I think we're going to lead a herd to the Delta
I'm thinking leading a herd. They hint that James can guide herds more than once in Ep.2. Maybe when the carnage is going down you slip in and extract your people like Carol in Terminus. But that would make a quick episode, maybe while your in, you get caught and can only rescue one between Omar/Aasim/Louis-Violet. And then you're captured. Then bam, episode over
James is Maati confirmed.
I got a screencap of Clem's planning board. https://i.kym-cdn.com/entries/icons/facebook/000/000/248/profit.jpg
There’s a chance that sending a herd in would kill the captive kids. Rick getting out of Terminus wasn’t that hard for him but we’re talking about a community that might make the New Frontier look like a boy scout troop.
What if... what if we get to choose how we get in and certain plans get different people killed? (Not Lou/Vi tho)
i'd support any rescue plan that involves louis getting killed.
Probably find James, and have him give you insight. Then he's going to make everyone wear walker skin and be nice to the walkers because he's a bit nutty lol.
We go in and rescue who needs rescuing, blow up the Delta, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over.
I have a couple of idea of how it could be done but I don't like to speculate too much. If I do then I'll have false expectation of what it will be like and it will ruin part of the game for me. The only thing I do expect is for the plan to make sense. Nothing worse than shotty writing and then they do the 'Hail Mary' moves over and over again.
What is the hail Mary move?
Most likely, but it seems a bit risky
Lol why?
...
I think you get multiple options like send a herd in or standered trade or infiltration after you intergate Abel
Oh my gosh...
I dunno, whatever gets them out of the jam they're in. Here's an example:
Clem extracts the Delta's location from Abel. The group goes to the Delta and tried their rescue plan and they get caught. Before they're completely enslaved - or executed, after all they did cause some casualties - in comes James with a herd of Walkers, riding atop the two granny walkers Willy is afraid of, and the squirrel upon James's shoulder, chittering in anger; to rescue the group and overwhelm the Delta's defenses as they make their escape.
Okay a little over the top with the dramatics, but you get the idea. A problem is solved with an act of god.
some say join the delta other says lead the herd why not do both
Oh I see. You mean a deus ex machina, something that comes out of nowhere to save the day.
I'd like to see multiple options for this. (Send in a herd, sneak in etc.) We have Abel captive and are going to be deciding how brutal we are with him, so I'd like to see the rescue missue handled the same way. Ultimately Clem has the final say.
I have a hunch Lillys going to get eaten by the herd, Probably a similar fate to Norma.
Clementine goes in Mission Impossible style, while AJ and the rest of the gang starts to hum the mission impossible theme.
AJ: Clem? What's an Epsionage?
This manyyears into the apocalypse? Look at abel, dude got pulled by a small crowd of walkers out a window and he of all people survived
