So season 2's endings...

I think we all have discussed the importance of the endings of S2 to dead here and how they dropped the ball on them in ANF... But it feels like the only ones that mattered were the Alone and Kenny endings - DON'T TAKE ME WRONG It's just my personal perspective and feelings on the endings so don't take it as fact but eh Kenny got a ''heroic'' dead compared to Jane, both deads are shit though but he atleast got the ending were he tried to save Clem's life after he couldn't walk anymore.
In season 4 The Final Season in Episode 1 you get asked ''did you ever kill anyone you loved?'' and Kenny pops up there and so I searched for Jane but couldn't find her. In Episode 2 he is there in the stars watching over our Clementine but Jane so far I KNOW doesn't get anything close to that.
The alone ending was probably one of the bests because if you went with that ending in ANF you didn't get as nearly as pissed of if you went with Kenny and Jane... I really don't see a point to go with Jane anymore even if you like her or think she is the better character she is handled the worst.
Discuss please:)

  • Only ending that counts for me is going to Wellington with Kenny, then doing as he says and staying there with AJ while he goes off alone.

That way, he doesn’t die a ridiculously unnecessary death. Who knows, he may still be out there somewhere, trying to convince another group to find a boat... :)

The only Season 2 ending that wasn't butchered in ANF was the Alone ending. The way Jane/Kenny were handled in ANF is what I would consider some of the worst deaths in TWD history. The Wellington flashback wasn't as awful as Jane/Kenny but just like the others it was definitely rushed out the door so that Telltale wouldn't have to deal with it anymore.

I'm pretty sure the star gazing Easter egg is supposed to be Randy Tudor not Kenny.

  • In episode 2 that easter egg is Randy Tudor, even though I pretend he is Kenny.
Also among all the other things you mentioned, if you stay in Wellington, in ANF during Clementine's flashback you have the chance to grab Kenny's hat before running away from the new frontier men, and I hope they will fix it in TFS. Also Kenny is the one who chose the name Alvin Junior in S2, he had a lot more impact than Jane.

  • There is no ending that matter. The only difference that it makes at all are tiny references from Clementine and what she did to Gabe if he dies. They practically negated the choice in the first episode of ANF.

  • Nah man, true S2 ending is this one, if we pretend that Arvo and Jane never existed.

Luke, Kenny and Clem chilling in Wellington and having some fun!
