It just camed to my mind, to make sucha thread here since we have a lot of questions about the story, characters etc that werent still answered. Maybe we'll get an answer someday, or someone from this forum knows something more and will let us know some new stuff. ?
Soo I'll start from this place with things that always bothered me.

- Why did Lilly's RV appeared in S02E04 during seraching of Sarah by Jane and Clementine at Parkers Run.
- Why did Eddie's character appeared on Amid The Ruins title screen?
- What happend to Christa, Molly and other characters with unkown status.
- Is AJ Alvin's or Carver's kid?
- Where is Lee's wife?
- What exacly happend with Christa's baby?

OP question 4: AJ is Carver's kid by blood (and that's about as far as his fatherhood goes)
Remember that they used RV model, but maeded texture look a lot older and placed this car in front of the camera to be seen xd

- Reused assets are a common thing in games to save time and money. This also occurs on TV shows and even in movies.
Why did Eddie's character appeared on Amid The Ruins title screen?
- Ever play Wolf Among Us? People guessed how the story would go forcing Telltale to rewrite it. Chances are the story for this chapter was intended to go differently than what we ultimately got.
What happened to Crista, Molly and other characters with unknown status.
- At this point with this story effectively over, they're all likely dead unless Skybound brings the unknown status ones into the comic.
Is AJ Alvin's or Carver's kid?
- If it's like Shane being Judith's father, chances are the kid's Carver's. Just because they show him as black doesn't mean much. Mixed kids are a mixed bag. They might take after one parent solely or be a mix of both.
Where is Lee's wife?
- I honestly always thought he killed her and her lover. If she survived Lee's rage, then chances are she died when the dead started to walk.
What exactly happened with Crista's baby?
- You'd think it's pretty obvious it died. Crying baby with walkers about? Walker food, as sad as that is. Either the baby was stillborn, Crista killed it to save it from being eaten later or getting them all killed, she left it somewhere while her and Clementine ran, or, due to scarce resources, the baby died from hunger. There's also the fact that Crista was dealing with losing Omid while also still taking care of the girl she blamed for his death. It's possible in her depression she killed her baby as a way to cope with not being able to kill Clementine. Showing a baby die on screen isn't exactly something you often see regardless of the media. People tend to ignore that it happens. The baby's dead at any rate. Only reason AJ survived was because he was slow to cry or even talk.
That is the most absurd bullshit theory I have ever heard out of all of my years in this community.
How did Nick die exactly if he's found on the fence? Was he attacked by a walker? Did he bleed out?

The walker that you run into with the green jacket has blood on his mouth if Nick is alive but no blood if Nick died in episode 2. Nick was weakened by the gunshot, got bit by that walker, and then died on the fence.
He either went down with the BOAT(complete with the salute) or simply got voted out of the group.

Christa was shot...Molly is alive...Kenny's hat is alive and well...it found a wife and had a child...they have a nice homestead where they believe it or not care for Maybel and run an orphanage.

He was in the trailer with Luke and Sarah, apparently realized they were all gonna need to get help, and rushed out the door to find some despite knowing he was the worse hurt. He ended up running into the first walker that Jane has Clementine kill, got bitten in the neck by it, and managed to get away from it, but collapsed on his way out of the gate hole due to blood loss.
All off screen...lame.

It was because she couldn't handle moving on without him and shot herself instead out of grief.
Jake, Bart, and Linda took her away into the woods, never to be with her mama again.

I was gonna say the neck brands represents top leadership, but you just cited Lingard's hand. Huh.
Eh, I'm guessing the location is up to the brandee, with somewhere as sensitive as the neck representing that they were particularly dedicated to serving the New Frontier and those connected to it.
EDIT: I'm looking up the characters and I notice that Joan, Clint, "Chris/Coon," and friggin Badger also have the neck marks(as I half remembered), but everyone else doesn't--including Max.
Also, Shades-Chick is indeed the only one without an actual brand[ from what I'm seeing].
Getting a brand in the arm...I guess makes sense...thick skin...moves less...easily bandaged. Neck...that is asking for trouble....and really...you want to risk your medic's hand to brand him there?
Eh, they probably let him get doped up one last time so it wouldn't hurt as much. I think that's how that works.
