I like your points but Lee said the bandits hadn't attacked the motor inn for days
That's because Ben was giving them medicine. They only attacked once he stopped giving them.
Plus they couldn't leave since the RV didn't work; they had nowhere to go. It barely started when the bandits attacked so they couldn't have left the motor inn before that happened.
The fact they took off in it means it worked. It was just a little rusty, that's all.
I like your points but Lee said the bandits hadn't attacked the motor inn for days. Plus they couldn't leave since the RV didn't work; they … morehad nowhere to go. It barely started when the bandits attacked so they couldn't have left the motor inn before that happened. If Ben hadn't given them meds; the motor inn would've been overrun by bandits before Kenny fixed the RV, which probably would've led the whole group getting killed. They had no way out without the RV. The med deal kept the bandits at bay for a few days. Kenny used that time to fix the RV; if he didn't have the time to fix the RV; everyone would've died
Ben's med deal kept the bandits back for a few days; Kenny used that time to fix the RV. Cause it didn't work at all in Ep2. And Ep3 is like two weeks after Ep2. If Kenny had been fighting the bandits for days; he wouldn't have had time to fix the RV. The med deal gave Kenny time to fix it. The bandits would've attacked sooner without the med deal. No RV= everyone at the motor inn dies

If Ben hadn’t been giving the bandits supplies, Lilly would not have been getting paranoid and would not have started accusing him or Carley. He most certainly was an indirect cause of Carley/Doug’s death.
Kenny had the RV working by the time Episode 3 begins so he got it fixed within the week time jump, Lilly didn’t want to listen to him about leaving and nothing bad would have happened if they had left sooner. The issue here is trust. Ben did not tell the group the truth which as someone else here said, if he had then they would have had time to leave before the bandits came back for more supplies. Duck wouldn’t have been bitten, Kat wouldn’t have killed herself and Carley/Doug would not have been killed by Lilly.
Like it or not, Ben is an indirect cause of everything that happened
He told Lee to let him go and ensure Clem survives. That was his sacrifice. Like I said with the RV. It almost didn't start even after days … moreof peace. If Kenny had been focusing all his time on fighting off the bandits, he wouldn't have had time to work on the RV at all. And the RV is the only reason they escape. And Ben is blameless in Carley's death. It was all Lilly. She couldn't cope with Larry's death; she snapped. You have to admit that at least. And when Lilly shoots Doug by mistake; does that make it Ben's fault too? Doug made the choice to save Ben. Murdering the traitor wasn't Lilly's call to make. Carley/Doug are 100% on Lilly's hands.
Plus they couldn't leave since the RV didn't work;
But they COULD leave. If you examine the RV, Lee says Kenny’s got that thing running. Kenny talks to Lee about leaving again at the start of the episode and how he has been pushing everyone for days to leave. He clearly fixed it at the start of that week time jump. Ben should have been honest and the group could have left sooner. It doesn’t take a genuis to see this and i am sorry but you can defend Ben all you want but as i said before he was indirectly responsible for everything bad that happened

So they WOULD TALK about it and they would understand that they can't fight. So escape would be the only possibility for them. If Kenny heard that they he sure as hell would work a lot more on that RV and they could still be giving them those meds till Kenny doesn't repair it.
They couldn't fight. They lost against the bandits. Lee's group was outnumbered and outgunned. And they couldn't leave sooner because the RV… more didn't work. If no meds were offered the motor inn would've been attacked sooner; meaning the RV wouldn't have started. Getting probably everyone in the motor inn killed. But sure, he could've told them
He stole supplies from the group and gave them to the bandits. It doesn't matter if he thought that his intentions were good and believed he was keeping the bandits away from the group--they weren't his supplies to give--not without the group's permission. It didn't help that later he refused to take responsibility for his action, and admitted to it way later than he should have. However, I will say that the rest of the consequences, such as the bandits holding the group hostage or Duck getting bitten when their group left the Motor Inn aren't his fault--he didn't directly throw Duck into a bunch of walkers or call out to the bandits to hold the group hostage.
That was stupidity, not malice. What he did was dumb, but that alone was not responsible for what happened to Brie or the situation the group ended up in thereafter. He did not directly kill Brie or directly command the zombies to kill Brie, and he did not deliberately intend to get the group trapped by zombies either.
In short, no, Ben did not do nothing wrong. He stole from the group. That is, however, really his only crime. For his stealing, he deserved a mild form of punishment, such as not being allowed to eat for a week, or that he would not be allowed to have any of the next supplies they found. Killing him, which is what Lily wanted to do, was way over the line for any form of punishment for theft, even longer term theft.
Flip the script if you have to, dude. It was basically his group being angry one of their young and their supplies got fucked with.
Arvo having to contend with Buricko getting dickish is not that different from Clementine had to deal with Jane/Kenny.
the title of your post says (Ben did nothing wrong. Prove me wrong) now iFoRias give you what ben did wrong and you didn't denies ben leaving clem was wrong which it was that mean you have been proved wrong
him willing to sacrifice him self for clem later on dose not mean he didn't make the wrong thing of leaving her earlier.

Ben was trying to right his wrong by allowing himself to be dropped down a bell tower and be eaten alive so that Lee would have time to save Clem and the others. And in ep5 he dies trying to get clem back. he made up for it in the end

Oh come on it wasn’t on purpose. He froze and just saved himself because he was cowardly. It wasn’t deliberate. You make it sound like he wanted to leave Clem in a malicious way
Exactly. Its comparable to Marlon hitting Brody with the flashlight. Immediately after he hit her, he starts to panick and cry. He didn't want to kill her. Same as that Ben didn't want to leave Clem for the walkers.

Since there's focus on it, how exactly did those two get cornered in the first place?
I mean, if Ben's tall, lanky self can just run out of that spot without really even looking, then I see little reason why the much smaller Clementine couldn't have done the same.
Even when I shot all the walkers, Clementine didn't run. In fact, on my first play though, I yelled for both Clementine and Ben to run. When Ben ran, I shrugged and started shooting the walkers, figuring that if I shot enough Clem would have a space to run away to. Only when I got onto the forums did I see people complaining about it.

Can I just make a point? Ben was never taught on how to use a gun, not from what I can tell, considering he's no good with a pistol. Ben knowing how to use a gun or weapon of some sorts would of defently made him more helpful.
Honestly, as much as I really like Ben, he did make some costly mistakes. Should it be held against him? No because I am pretty sure his biggest haters would be a "Ben" to their group if the dead started walking, it is human to make mistakes and mess up in moments of distress, just like Ben did. He had good intentions, He did not mean for anyone in the group to die, when he was giving the Bandits supplies behind the groups back, He did it to protect every single person at that Motor Inn.
Was it something that the group should have been informed of? Of course, supplies were going missing, less food to eat, less medicine to heal the sick, those are essentials to survival. But I believe the reason he withheld this from the group is that they may have never agreed to it, which may have lead to the deaths of everyone due to an attack when the group were most vulnerable.
And then there is the case that he led to Katjaa and Duck dying, I don't believe he directly led to Duck getting bit. The Bandits were attacking them for weeks, and at any point they could have came in and killed them, but Ben gave them supplies, which in turn, kept them away from the group. If anyone could be blamed for what happened to Duck, it could be Lilly or Lee, as they retaliated against the Bandits, which in turn led to them opening fire at the Motor Inn and moving the gates out of the way to allow themselves to move in and attack, which then brought in walkers and eventually Duck was bitten. Even then, neither Lilly or Lee should be blamed for what happened to Duck, it was out of their control, it just happened.
And the last thing I want to mention for now is when Ben abandons Clementine in the street, keep in mind Ben is still a child himself, and running away isn't a completely unnatural or an unusual thing to do, he is scared of walkers, frightened by death, and looking death in the eye terrified him, so he ran. I do agree he shouldn't have left a then 9 year old girl behind in an approaching swarm of walkers, I do feel he should have tried to help her, but Ben experienced Fight or Flight, and as we know, Ben isn't a fighter, so he took off.
Ben is human, he makes mistakes, just like us, his timing of said mistakes aren't the best, but neither are the situations that he, someone who still is very much a child, is thrust into consistently.
Apologies for the long message, I felt that a long explanation was necessary

Yeah, I wouldn’t triust him with a gun anymore than I’d trust him with a spoon. He probably would’ve shot someone thinking they were a walker or some other stupid, reckless shit.

Wouldn't worry too much about it. Call me arrogant but I think both of us made valid arguments that do ring true. The flaws that Ben had is present in everyone, it is part of being human, unless the people who argue against it are on another plane of existence and are perfect in every single way imaginable, then they don't have much ground or foundation to set up such an argument over the flaws of humanity.
P.S. I know that it is a game we are talking about, but when the game is based on the player making choices and putting themselves into characters shoes, then a bit of serious discussion is and should be expected. But hey, that is my opinion

Some-one with a Kenny pic defending Ben is something I haven't seen in quite a while, and I love ya for it.

But... it was on purpose. You can't accidentally run away from a situation. That makes no sense.
Sometimes you just don't have control over your actions. He probably wanted to take her with him but he panicked.

Lily worked in tandem with Doug to show Ben the ropes after she changed her mind about letting him stay in.
He was also apparently gonna wield a rifle even earlier than that originally(as shown in the previous preview), but they changed that.
