Broken Toys crashes upon launch, any solutions?

So when I try to play episode 3, I click "begin episode" and the game crashes immediately. I've tried reinstalling the game, and have played around with the graphics settings, but still no solution. Does anyone have a possible fix for this? Thanks!

EDIT: I am playing on PC, for anyone curious.

    What are you playing on? Computer, Playsyation, Xbox? Consoles don't really have a crashing problem when it comes to games. If you play on computer, there might be something wrong with it. Just restart whatever system you use, that usually works for me when I have game trouble.

    Disconnect any joysticks you might have plugged in.

    Delete and reinstall.

    Game is still crashing, I'm thinking about contacting Skybound.

    The episode was awful anyway so it is not like you are missing out. Trust me.

    Where did you buy the game from? Uninstall the game and then reinstall it.
