Are you doing a research project, or just curious?
I have subscriptions to Disney Plus and Paramount Plus. YouTube is also always there, of course, but I mainly use it to watch music videos. I don't stream a whole lot - watching an entire movie is rare. Most streaming is on weekends.
I usually watch netflix but only watch shows that I can't find anywhere else, like gilmore girls
Just curious & reddit is a scary place unlike the telltale forums.
