The most active parts of the forums at this point are in the general chat,sometimes the forums glitch so bad you think the website is dead but don't worry the forums are still here somehow after all these years.
Oh um if you want to post a picture in a post the best way to do it is using imgur (i still struggle to do it to this day).
If you want to change and customize your profile picture use gravatar make an account and upload your own pictures from there then on the website there should be a way for you to use the pictures from gravatar to change it here.
