That ep 3-5 error on XBox :(
Hey guys! I have the error where it’s says I have purchased the episodes but when I go to install it I have to pay again. I even bought the shadow edition to see if it would fix anything but same issue. I have contacted Telltale but I haven’t heard back from them in a week. Do you know what I can do to fix this? Thank you

Fix: Telltale Got back to me and said there is nothing they could do as they are not allowed to distribute game keys or allowed to support the disc version of Batman because they are the "New" Telltale. So stay away from Batman at those second hand game stores!
Sadly I was not aware of this issue until I too purchased the disc version of the game. Reached out to Telltale and no support provided. They claim it's the "old" Telltale's fault, even though the Batman game is still listed on their website and still sold digitally. Seems like the easy fix would be to just give us a digital copy of the game since the disc version is broken, but they will not. I am done playing Telltale games in the future if this is the support they provide for owners of their product.
