Sam and Max Complete Collection

If I buy the Complete Collection, will the DVD of Season 3 that will be shipped out upon the conclusion of the Season be a collector's DVD with extra content like the DVDs released for Seasons 1 and 2?

    I think so. Though people can't seem to order the DVDs of Seasons 1 & 2 with the order number. I guess that this going to be fixed soon.

    Thanks for the reply tparis. What do you mean people can't order seasons 1&2 with the order number? you mean at the moment people can't order 1, 2 and 3? there's a complete collection instead.

    To the DVD for Season 3 question: I guess there will be a DVD that will be shipped for only the shiping costs if you have already bought the season as always. To go 100% sure you gotta wait for an official confirmation.

    However, there currently is a problem getting the free DVDs of S1 & S2 with the order number (which you are supposed to enter to get the 100% dscount) of the complete package. It's just not being recognized as it should.

    Yeah, you guys are totally eligible, but we haven't fixed up our upgrade pages for S1 and S2 just yet to account for this new bundle yet. We're hoping to get those updated soon, so you guys can claim your DVDs automatically, but for now you'll have to go the support@telltalegames.com route.

    Thanks for the info David. Already got a reply from support, which offered me to put those dvd into my cart with the discount.

    Support doesn't even get my e-mails. Whenever I e-mail support I don't get the confirmation e-mail.

    The DVD redemption happens on a separate order. The way it usually works is that you go to the Season One and Season Two order pages, and then our system does some sort of arcane ritual to determine whether you qualify for a free disc, and then lets you get the disc for 0 dollars. Right now that stuff doesn't work for the bundle, so you'll have to go through support@telltalegames.com until we get it wired up correctly.
