PS3 Trophy - "Bats Right, Throws Lame" Help.

OK, for the trophy that says "Repeatedly Threw Things...Kinda", I've thrown the mini-bombs at Van Winslow on the ship a few times (bot lit & un-lit), but it doesn't seem to unlock to trophy.

How many times are you supose to girly-throw the bombs for it to unlock? ...Or is there some other object I'm supose to throw something at that I may have missed?? How exactly do you unlock this trophy??

Well, after you repeatedly throw the bombs at Winslow, you can throw the Pyrite Parrot against the stone door that the Marquis De Singe opens with the ancient tool. According to some guy:

"When your at the wall you can interact with the face on the door, the manatee head on top and your goal, the whole portal itself. If you hold down R2 you can see that there's a marker for the portal just next to the manatee head's marker. That's your ticket. Use the parrot and Guybrush will try to throw it over to the other side but it will just bounce back to the ground."

Yes! I got it! Thanks a bunch.

Geez, I spent about half an hour throwing those bombs. I just knew I was missing something.

Well, thats the thing about these adventure games, even though I've plaied them about 50 times for over a year now, there is still some things I totally missed and didn't know about (like the Throw Pyrite Parrot at the Portal.)

    Thanks again.
