Ordering Deluxe Monkey Island upgrade?

So I know I'd gotten an email about a cheap deal on TOMI if you already purchased the series, how the deluxe edition was supposed to be 14.95 or so if you ordered it. Was that only a preorder deal, or is that still going, because I forgot to order mine (I was away from the computer for a few months) and now the store wants to charge me around $50 for it. I know there's a lot of threads about ordering this, but it seems like most of them preordered and aren't waiting until this late like I am.

    Nope, still no go. Funny thing is, on that screen it tells me to login to see what deals they may have for me, but I'm already logged in. I even tried logging out and logging back in to see if it changed anything, but still nothing.

    You will probably need to contact support, in that case.
