The BTTF + Card Game offer is not working.

Hey guys. Just letting you know that the card game has not been made free with the BTTF game in the cart. Just letting you know in case you start getting a lot of people bringing this up.
:)

If it makes any difference, this is the second time of me getting BTTF, and I want to give it as a gift, so I don't know if that makes any difference in terms of how the offer works. Thanks!

    Free card game offer you say?!? Do you need to do anything other than pre-order to qualify?

    Even if you dont get it working in the cart, will all purchases of BTTF made today be given the card game for free as the offer states? (I too really want to order today and get the free card game!)

    Same here, I hope somebody give us an answer, I was hesitating in pre-ordering it right now or wait for the Steam version, but with the card promotion (and also de $1 donation =D) I want to take this promo!!

    I'm assuming Telltale will still honor the card game for purchases made today.

    I'm also assuming the card game offer is available worldwide as there is no mention of it being US exclusive in the terms of sale box.

    Just adding the game doesn't make the cards discount work. Or do you Telltale peeps have to add the cards yourselves?

    Hi guys - the offer for the free card game should be working now. You'll have to add both Back to the Future: the Game (which will automatically add Puzzle Agent for you as well) and the Card Game manually from the store in order to take advantage of the offer. Sorry, no techno-wizardry today to get it into your cart with every BttF game!

    Hello Rich C,

    Just to confirm, will people who ordered "just" the PC game today (plus puzzle agent, and in my case poker night as well) also receive the BTTF card game?

    I ordered without adding the card game to my order based on joeldee's advice a few posts ago. Could you confirm that I will indeed receive the card game, and could you state any additional steps I need to take?

    I pre-ordered the game a while ago..... and I already had puzzle agent... I wish the card game was the pre-order perk from the start :mad:

    The Collector's DVD will only be shipped to you if you order it (for free plus shipping costs, if you already bought the downloadable season from the Telltale website) at the end of the season.
    By ordering now, you're only ordering the downloads, so the card game should ship a.s.a.p..

    hey guys is the BTTF + card game value count as free shipping? Breakdown BTTF 24.95 + card game 19.95 + puzzle agent 9.95?

    Reason i ask is i have all the monkey island games and sam and max. But have never bought the boxes as the cost of shipping would be high to Singapore. If this deal is >50 its finally my chance to order with free internaitonal shipping. But i worry if its recognized as 24.95..and only AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSED if i find out that i have to pay shipping for ALL THE BOXES...i will hurt my wallet.

    Anyone can help me clear this up? Is BTTF offer today >50 and entitled to free shipping?

    This is exactly the point behind all of hard feelings of early pre-orderers about
    this promo.
