Just preordered the BTTF game... or did I?

Hi, I'm new to this site, but I'm a diehard BTTF fan. So, I go to buy the game here and after I've entered in my address and debit card information and press "Submit Order", it tells me my address can't be verified. After that, I checked my bank account and it tells me there's an order being taken out for the exact amount from Telltale, Inc.

Now here's the real question: Did I buy the game or not? All hints on your cart feature indicate that I haven't, but my bank account says otherwise... I don't want to risk doing it again so you guys can take 2x the amount the game costs.

    Is the game added to your "Your games" (Joystick) account?

    Nope, it's not there... But the money missing from my account is definitely evidence of something.

    Can you check your account again? Sometimes a pending charge goes through but then does not post since we did not charge you for the game. I just checked your account and on our end, you haven't been charged.

    Well, I checked again, and the charge is still there... I don't know what else to do. Here's a screen that I grabbed from it (and yes, I love Einstein Bagels, so... yeah):

    Looks like that's a pending charge. Since the order does not appear in our system, we actually haven't charged you, so that pending charge will disappear in a couple of days or sooner. You might try calling your bank to ask them to remove it sooner, but as far as a pending charge goes, there's nothing we can do to speed the process of clearing that on our end. I do apologize for the inconvenience though.

    Alan's right. I contacted out processor to make sure we never charged you. We couldn't process the request because the billing address didn't match what the bank has on file.

    So is the order canceled? Can I just buy the game again and give the "correct" address this time and I won't get charged twice?

    I think the real important thing to ask here is what kind of bagel cost $5 and was it worth it?

    The order was never completed. If you start a new and cart checkout with the right billing info you will be charged for the first time with us. :)

    A plain non-premium bagel there costs a dollar with nothing on it... I bring my own peanut butter and a cup so that I can get a "mug refill" for coffee. This only costs two bucks all together.
