Thanks for the answer. I wonder how I could receive your automated mail then, which included the ticket number. Is it the same host : @telltalegames.com you send all emails from or are there different hostnames ?
Anyway, I will contact my email provider to make sure the host is not on their general blacklist.
I've actually been trying to contact several email service providers, it seems that we made some type of list with a few companies, especially providers in Germany. Most of them won't even get back to me.
Sorry for the delay, could you please tell me if you send those newsletter and payment confirmation stuff using the same adress -> su*por*@telltalegames.com or is it different from that ? According to my Email-Provider they need the full addy to put you on a whitelist. They block unknown .com adresses by default. And about the list you have from providers from Germany, if you want, send me a pm or put a bunch in the reply. I try to msg them in german when I got time, they usually response that way.
We have quite a few different addresses we send mail from. I'll have to ask our IT guy about it tomorrow.
