Max & Crossbones T-shirt?

So I preordered the Deluxe Edition of Monkey Island way back when preorders started, along with a few other items:

Max & Crossbones T-Shirt - Medium
Tales of Monkey Island Drinking Vessel
Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition
Tales of Monkey Island DVD with Steve Purcell slipcase

About a month ago I finally got the package but instead of the t-shirt I got a note saying that it has been backordered and that it will be shipped when it's back in stock. Well it's been a month since then and there has been no news, so I was wondering...has it shipped and I just haven't received it yet, will it ship or will I just have to forget about it?

    I preordered The Monkey DVD +Max Crossbones T-shirt in april(?). I assumed I would get them both as soon as the DVD was released. Well, the DVD arrived shortly after it's release, but haven't seen the T-shirt yet! "Backordered" said the invoice.

    Now Bonnie has replied a new T-shirt was shipped to me 24th August. Lets see...
