Can't download game

So I had gotten BTTF: Episode 1 a long time ago when it was free to pre-order, and I have never been able to actually download and play the game. When I go to my past purchases it shows that I have a serial number and everything just no download link...what do I do?

If you got the episode for free, even though you might have a serial number, you can't play it yet.
It will be available later this month, around the time when the second episode is released (no date yet other than February 2011).
