Not happy! Manual unlock for BTTF does not work

I received my manual unlock code, entered it in and it does not work. The (faulty) code I was given was

My gaming machine is a non-internet machine (intentionally, for security reasons that I will not go into here) so attaching my computer to the internet for a workaround is not an option.

My original issue number was

I have this horrid feeling that I have done my money and am going to get nothing for spending it.

I was originally planning on buying Jurassic Park down the track, but I certainly won't be now, if the status-quo remains.

From a very unhappy customer.

I have already advised the support department of this issue and the silence I am receiving in reply is telling.

I deleted those codes... I do not want them being used by someone else...
Try PMing Amy Lukima with the codes instead.

Sorry, I thought the structure of the codes were machine specific. I used to work for a software company that created codes that would work on one machine and one machine only.

In any case, they don't work. As was often uttered in the Star Wars movies...

I just sent you a second code. Are you getting my emails? The first time you messaged me I got back to you in under a business day and the second time was in under three hours.

    Hi Amy,

You have probably already received my e-mail saying thanks, as the new code works.

You may be right... I just didn't know and figured I would get rid of the codes and direct you to someone who could help.

Thanks for the directing, it ended up doing the trick as I was issued another code and this one worked - Obviously the previous one was faulty in some way.
