My order hasn't arrived yet..

Well....my order hasn't arrived yet and i dunno what to do...i know it can takes up to a month to ship stuff to Europe..still, my order was shipped on october 22...
is there any way for you guys at TellTale to track down my order? (i'm kinda desperate here :rolleyes: )

    I do believe there is no way to track things that are shipping to Europe (for Telltale, anyway).

    I just ordered csi 3 and i didn't get a download link and i email support with the order number and i haven't heard anything then when i try to look up my order it tells me that i put the incorrect order number can you help me

    If you haven't already done so, email support with your order number and all of the pertinent information and we will take care of it.

    Heya.

    I got the same prob as ezappa, i placed my order November 10, 2007 and i havent got my disc yet. I searched some old topics and saw people whom waited up to 5 weeks. After this week pass i will reach 5 weeks as well, im not sure if i should wait until then or what to do :(

    Nicke, your package shipped on November 12. If it hasn't arrived by next week, send us an email at support@telltalegames.com and we'll send a replacement. Please confirm your shipping address for us when you send the email.
