Jurassic Park Refunds Update

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the processing of Jurassic Park refunds. I'm handling each one of these individually so it's going to take a little bit of time to get to refund everyone and email you with your gift code. If you've already gotten a refund but haven't received an email just yet don't worry. I have to take my time with each order to make sure your refund completes and you're properly assigned a gift code. It takes a little longer this way but we want to get it right for everyone the first time around.

    Thanks Amy! Makes sense of course: you can send out a mass e-mail about the delay easily, but you can't do the same for the refunds and vouchers, since all people have paid in different ways; I think many are forgetting that.

    Thanks Amy. I replied to your email a few minutes ago. Asked for store credit. Will that credit be available to use anytime on any upcoming title, or are their restrictions?

    Got my refund through Paypal a couple of days ago, so now I just have to wait for the voucher code to get to me. I won't be using it until Jurassic Park gets released though, so I don't mind the wait :)

    Good to know. I was mildly curious as I got the refund email from paypal yesterday. Always good to know whats going on so you don't needlessly harras customer support!

    Were refunds going out on Tuesday? Because that's when I got an email from Paypal saying I'd gotten a refund from you.

    got the email a couple of days ago from paypal, thanks but still waiting for my refund and voucher but there's not really any rush so when you get to me that's awesome, thanks again :)

    As long as the order was not over 60 days old. And if it was you should have gotten an email by now.

    Amy, can you please advise me via PM if my refund has been issued yet? I don't have Internet Banking working at the moment and I can't check my account balance from many ATMs here in Shanghai.

    Certainly! But i meant an exposed list at the bottom of her first message in this Discussion! So we can check that list every day and stay updated about refunds!

    Got an email from Amy, but no gift code. Field is empty. Maybe she forgot to enter the code XD
    I have received the refund though. But the gift code field is empty :D

    Hi Amy,

    I pre-ordered Jurassic Park using PayPal, but have not yet received a refund or free game code. There is no rush, I can wait. I just want to make sure that I am included in these.

    Me too. I e-mailed them and Amy already e-mailed me back that a new batch of e-mails will be sent out with the codes in them.

    I've decided to properly pay for Jurassic Park as I originally intended, and take Hector for free with the voucher. Now, the question is: How should I do to get Episodes 2 and 3 for free too? I should send now a mail to Telltale's support, or just when each episode is released?
