    New Update:

    I just contacted Paypal. They are still in the process of approving the refunds. But it shouldn't be too much longer. And I do still have a few more vouchers to send out. I was waiting for our processor to confirm a few refunds.

    Once again I really appreciate the patience and understanding from everyone!

    Agreed. Anyone willing to put up with all of this deserves a medal. ;)

    Side note, I received my refund but not the voucher. Not really in a hurry since I plan on getting Jurassic Park with the voucher(PC version, going to pay for console release).

    Yes - your credit card should be reimbursed. Mine was, and I got the email with the voucher a few days ago. I'm happy, Amy is doing excellent work! :D

    My refund's made it through now, so a thousand thanks to you, Amy :D Since I've made a start on BTTF through getting the first episode for free, I'll be putting part of it towards buying the rest of the season while I wait for Jurassic Park

    Will I get some sort of email notification from telltale that I have been refunded? Because I don't think I have the refund yet.

    Greetings Amy. I am posting because I have replied to the email (sent out six days ago; got the free game code by the way) and have not yet received a reply to my request of the refund. If it's of any help, the 'support issue' reference number is [issue-47617].

    I appreciate all the work you are doing and have done thus far. Must be hell getting these refunds and codes out.

    Whoa, I was writing a mail asking for news, but reading this thread made me understand all the work it's being done, so just thanks and good work.

    Just to sum up (for the ones like me that start from the end, hoping to understand more quiclky...:p):

    1) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
    a)If you ordered with credit card it should be refunded on your bank account/card

    2) THE VOUCHER!! Doubts, Details and quick fix
    The voucher has always been described as being good for a single digital game of your choice. It does cover the regular price of JP, but because of the current Spring Sale we've notched the coupon down to 24.99 as that's the price of the most expensive game currently available in the store. When the sale is over the coupon will go up to 34.99. There's no benefit to using the coupon now or later, it just dictates when you get your game.
    And another useful information If your voucher doesn't seem to work:
    You might have had something else active in your cart that you can't see on the end user side. Completely emptying your cart often fixes things like that.



    3) PAYPAL PAYMENT

    4) INVISIBLE CODES
    a) some emails arrived with no visible codes (just "your gift code is:" and then a blank space), the reason is:

    Hectic for telltale maybe. It's not really that bad for us unless you really need that 30 bucks. It just all about waiting.

    all telltale really needs to give is the refund. They are being nice enough to also give everyone a free episode as well

    Has anyone else not recieved a voucher code? I know some people already have them, but I'v yet to recieve mine. I'm not impatient and I'm going to use it on JP but I was just wondering if they are still being sent out or no.

    I haven't got one either though I received my refund last week. I'm not in a hurry though, I won't use it until either Fables or KQ.

    I messaged Amy a while ago that I didn't have my voucher, she replied about what my order number was. Gave her that and the serial number but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. Sounds like she is completely swamped with it and we should all just hang tight a while longer.

    I am sure a news post will be issued when it is all completed so anyone who doesn't have a refund and/or voucher will know to get it corrected.

    How long should it take ? I received my voucher in email, but not the refund to my paypal account. If remember correctly, 'issue-47655'

    I did not get my refund yet, but I did get the voucher. I imagine it has something to do with gifting the game back to myself. Don’t ask; I have no idea how this happened but it worked. Unfortunately the bad news is that I did it two days away from the delay. So it’s still showing up in my account.

    Got refund and voucher. With the refund i already get full season of Sam and Max and first episode of Hector!! Telltale, you deserve every penny of mine, so you get it back. And i still have my voucher... what a treat. I love you telltale!

    People aren't cancelling their pre-orders, Telltale is, due to the game's release being pushed back several months.

    It was a bit of a surprise for me too, seeing them dealing with JP's delay in such a generous way. And it's not just one episode they're offering for free - you can use the code to order a full season of any one of their games

    No email or refund yet, although I'm not really bothered, all prices are cheap as chips.

    I'm just curious, I haven't gotten the refund or the voucher. I know you're doing these one by one, but at what point or date should I contact Telltale if I don't receive them?
