Side note, I received my refund but not the voucher. Not really in a hurry since I plan on getting Jurassic Park with the voucher(PC version, going to pay for console release).

Greetings Amy. I am posting because I have replied to the email (sent out six days ago; got the free game code by the way) and have not yet received a reply to my request of the refund. If it's of any help, the 'support issue' reference number is [issue-47617].
I appreciate all the work you are doing and have done thus far. Must be hell getting these refunds and codes out.
As long as the order was not over 60 days old. And if it was you should have gotten an email by now.
b) The email I've received (I payed with credit card more then 60 days ago, in fact) contained three options for the refund method and a gift code (voucher) for a whole season
The voucher has always been described as being good for a single digital game of your choice. It does cover the regular price of JP, but because of the current Spring Sale we've notched the coupon down to 24.99 as that's the price of the most expensive game currently available in the store. When the sale is over the coupon will go up to 34.99. There's no benefit to using the coupon now or later, it just dictates when you get your game.
And another useful information If your voucher doesn't seem to work:
You might have had something else active in your cart that you can't see on the end user side. Completely emptying your cart often fixes things like that.
Normally the refunds will take 3-5 days to hit your account using a credit or paypal. Normally paypal is instant but we're going a mass payment using a spread sheet so they hold it. Sorry if it's taking a while to reply. I'm a little buried right now.
And if you still have doubts (update of 05/02/2011, 06:53 pm):

Has anyone else not recieved a voucher code? I know some people already have them, but I'v yet to recieve mine. I'm not impatient and I'm going to use it on JP but I was just wondering if they are still being sent out or no.

I messaged Amy a while ago that I didn't have my voucher, she replied about what my order number was. Gave her that and the serial number but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. Sounds like she is completely swamped with it and we should all just hang tight a while longer.
I am sure a news post will be issued when it is all completed so anyone who doesn't have a refund and/or voucher will know to get it corrected.
I did not get my refund yet, but I did get the voucher. I imagine it has something to do with gifting the game back to myself. Don’t ask; I have no idea how this happened but it worked. Unfortunately the bad news is that I did it two days away from the delay. So it’s still showing up in my account.
Got refund and voucher. With the refund i already get full season of Sam and Max and first episode of Hector!! Telltale, you deserve every penny of mine, so you get it back. And i still have my voucher... what a treat. I love you telltale!
all telltale really needs to give is the refund. They are being nice enough to also give everyone a free episode as well

Yes - your credit card should be reimbursed. Mine was, and I got the email with the voucher a few days ago. I'm happy, Amy is doing excellent work!
