Borked up my gift activation of Puzzle Agent

Sent this via e-mail but haven't heard back over several days:

So I preordered Puzzle Agent 2 and without thinking moved ahead without clicking the gift box for the Puzzle Agent 1 gift copy. I'm so used to Steam where it recognizes if you already own a game that I totally forgot to look.

Is there a way I can get this latest copy changed over to a gift copy?

Between the copy I bought, the Steam preorder bonus for Devil's Playhouse, and now this one, I have three copies. I liked Puzzle Agent a whole lot and even evangelized in hopes of a sequel, but I don't know if I need three copies.

    They should be able to do it for you (like with the free Puzzle Agent with the Jurassic Park preorder/etc). If you've already sent an email, just wait patiently for the response. With E3, the 7th anniversary sale, Jurassic Park refunds/coupons, and two games being released this month, I suspect their staff is fairly swamped right now.

    Yeah. I'm just posting here 'cause they said on the customer service page to e-mail, wait a few days, then post if nothing's happened.
