Blowout Bundle Question
I just got my Blowout Bundle after waiting a month and a half, YIPPIE! I have 2 problems though. The Art print wasn't signed, and the symbiotes is missing one of max's arms and Sam's revolver is broken. Is there a chance of getting these replaced or are they out of stock for good??

It wasn't the statue it was the figures. I contacted them, still waiting response.
Got the package yesterday. 1.5 months wait time and now dealing with this as well. Not nice. Looking at the printed order confirmation in the package I can see that the item number for the poster ('54') was crossed and had a handwritten '85' next to it. What ever that means.
I'm not really bothered by the poster either, I just would like to know if they are getting anymore symbiotes in stock, so I can hopefully get mine replaced.

Edit: Okay, I did receive the print, only it isn't signed or has any marks on it to say it should be. I have the same 54 to 85 thing on receipt as others. No sign of the DVD either, I've looked through everything (thought it might be stuffed in with the book).

Not to mention that the Monkey Island print was horribly damaged. The Sam and Max Blowout Bundle pisses me off the most. I e-mailed Telltale after my game list listed that item as CANCELED and was reassured that my order for it was not canceled - that I would receive the item. So, they basically lied to me. I love Telltale games, but I am NOT happy. I have demanded a refund for the missing items and I WILL NOT be ignored this time. If I have to go through my credit card for reimbursement, I will.
That's shocking. It's funny that Amy was saying that the problem is not that huge and that only a few people were affected by delays. Well, here we are, a month and a half later, with all the same people having problems with our orders. I have to assume everyone else is just silent about this and staying off the forums. The silent majority.
This has been, excuse my language, a complete shitshow from start to finish.
I was told I would receive a refund, but I would rather receive a replacement if possible (of the symbiotes).
Unsigned poster (5th post in this thread). Got a quick and very friendly reply from support, refunding me $4.99 ... but what I really wanted to have was the signed poster. But got told you're out.
As I mentioned to the nice person in support, key reason I ordered the bundle was, that it came with the signed poster and the other prints. I had this idea in mind to combine all the art prints in the bundle in a nice 'unique' setup with the signed poster being the 'center piece'. Having this now unsigned makes the rest of the prints unfortunately somewhat 'worthless' to me
I just want to add that the customer service person was nice enough to work with me on the canceled items but I got no recompense for the substitution of an unsigned print for the signed print I should have gotten.
I don't blame the Customer Service person. I just think they overlooked that part.

It looks like you were refunded and given a coupon to get he items at sale price if we ever get them back in. Is there something else you feel like he should have done?

The only notice I got from you in the last two months was from Paypal indirectly saying you refunded me. Hell if I just look at your posts I can see the whole coupon thing was an empty promise anyway.
