Terrible Terrible Customer Service!

I ordered Back the Future the card game on June 4th order number 600130062918067. It is september 6th and I still haven't received this game :mad:. I emailed customer support several times over the summer and was told on June 15th it would ship within 5 days. Nope. :confused: On July 11th I was told that "Our shipping company will be bringing in additional staff this week to get the rest of the orders out." I waited patiently, trying to be reasonable. But by August 25th, my patience had reached it limit. I emailed customer service again asking for either the game or a refund. No response :mad:. I emailed again on August 31st asking for just a refund now (I have lost all confidence in this BS company) still no response (and yes I checked my spam folder) :mad::mad::mad:. This forum is my last attempt to get my money back, I don't know what else to do at this point except contact the BBB and FTC and lodge a formal complaint, which I don't really want to do. I shouldn't be in this position. This is bullshit and no way to run a company. I want the game I ordered OVER 3 MONTHS AGO, or I want a damn refund. :mad:

    I've emailed you back every single time. The last time I asked you if you wanted to use the same paypal you used to pay. Now I've just credited that one for the purchase price.

    Amy that is simply untrue. I never received these emails. They are not in my inbox, my trash, nor in my spam folder (I've checked all of these places several times over the past weeks and months of this ordeal and re-checked them all tonight searching for the words "telltale games", "Amy", "Amy Lukima", and "Paypal"--the emails you say you sent aren't there). I welcome you to forward them to me with their time and date stamps. If somehow they disappeared into the internet ether between you and me I will write back immediately and retract this comment. But until then, I call shenanigans and ask you to act professionally and admit your mistakes and lack of customer service rather than try to pin the blame for them on me, a customer.

    To be fair, Amy did credit my account back the money I paid three months ago for the game.

    And NO I will not ever buy anything from this company again.
