Sam and Max 3 pack 39.95, cart says 49.99?

I was about to purchase the three pack for 39.99, yet when it gets into my cart it rings up at 49.99. What is going on here? Which price is right? Is the advertisement old or not valid?

*edit* FYI, this is not a tax issue, but a pricing issue on the set (which I want to start playing tonight if possible, but would just like to know what is going on with this).

    Where did you see it for 39.99?
    In the TTG store i see 49.95.

    It does for me while logged in at least.

    Yeah, same here, hence why I am posting about it (and also when you get on the Sam and Max page, it says 39.95 also).

    Not the best cropping, but you can plainly see what I am talking about with the oddity from one page to another with the pricing on this.

    Either someone forgot to change the price on everything, or we are having a 2 price issue here.
