Game won't play on playstation 3

So I wen't out and got a psn card so hyped to play this game, i downloaded the bundle which included the first episode, the demo and theme. i can play the demo but i can't play the full episode anyone know why ?

    Did you try to re-install the game? If so send in a support ticket.

    Maybe you need to download the unlock key. Check your purchase history.
