wiiware available all over the world?

I have a wii, and bought 'virtual console games' before, but I'm new with 'wiiware'.

Is wiiware available in every country? (I live in the Netherlands) And if so, is the game coming out only in america or can I buy the game at the same date?

    From what I've read I'm pretty sure it will. If not in May, eventually. Wikipedia says it's called "Wii Software" in Europe but I haven't heard that term on any other news articles.
