Refund please on the walking dead

Just purchased this from you and I am not happy with it.

I have a Mac Mini 2011 model and the game crashed on me.

Frankly I am disappointed in this game. It is not worth the money I paid for it.

Please issue a refund to my credit card.

    Like divisionten posted in another one of your threads, the game is not designed to run on a Mac Mini.
    I am sure that Telltale will happily give you a refund (it might be faster if you e-mail their customer service directly at support@telltalegames.com).

    I have emailed them. Heard nothing. May have to call my credit card and do a stop on the transaction.

    Um... can you do that, if the underlying problem is your own computer's specs?
