Just bought BTTF and cannot login

I do not know what the password to my account is so I cannot log in to the game.. I tried resetting it but I am not getting an email to change it. I had to create another account just to log into this forum to ask this question. What is going?

    my game is login but when i press play nothing happend

    Please try right clicking the games icon and selecting "run as administrator"
