CSI:Hard Evidence, case4, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!

I want to do case 4 with the highest mark, the problem, is that all the three first places are finished unless the pool house, I am pretty sure that I looked forward all clues and finished all evidences that were in...So, this case tells me that I have 36 of 37 evidence proved.
Can anyone tell me all clues and evidence to finished all places completted?
you know... to have 37/37 evidences... thank you...

S.T. the biggest problem is all about pool house... So, tell me, please all evidence in this place because If I continue to lose my head with this place I'll die xDD.

    The trickiest piece of evidence at the pool house is the scratches! There are scratches in the outside window near where Greg is standing when you first come to the pool house. Look around very carefully, you'll find them!
