PC Save Game Editor/Generator?

Twice now I have forgotten to backup my save games because I thought they were Steam Cloud enabled and I really do not feel like playing through both two episodes again.

Does anyone know of a save game editor/generator so I can put my decisions in?

    No, unfortunately. I haven't seen anyone step up and do any type of PC mods for this game.
