  My advice is to post this in the game support forum where somebody who can help you will read this.
  
  Also if it tells you WHICH dll is having problems/isn't there, your problem can be solved that much faster.

  I would try uninstalling the game, deleting the setup file and redownload the set-up file, just in case the first download corrupted a dll file.
