Episode 5 unavailable

Hi,

I was was waiting for it for days! It's supposed to be available but I can't download it from the episodes section. "Coming soon" is displayed instead of "Get". I bought the full pack months ago and didn't have any issues to download each episode.

Can you help please ?!

    I am having the same problem. Still showing episode 5 as "coming soon'

    Me too... I even tried the manual download... still "coming soon".

    I tried downloading it from my TellTale game inbox, and then it said game is damaged & it deleted it. Boo :(

    Was having the same problem.

    What I did is to restart my phone (turned off/turn on)

    that fixed the problem.

    btw I have an Iphone 5...hope this helps you guys! :)

    I have iPad 3 and this doesn't work for me, sadly :(

    Please shut down the game application and restart the device. Wait a few minutes for the cache to clear before turning it back on. Also, make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game before attempting the download again.

    If anyone still has issues after doing the above, try also resetting your modem as well. That's where my problem seemed to lie. I also reset network settings on my iPad and had it powered off for a good hour, but I don't think you should need to go that far when you turn it off. ;)
