please, please, please....seriously please

a refund so i can buy a hopefully bug free disc and support you again TellTale. I give you my money the moment it hits LIVE, so show the fans who have supported you and have an unfinished product some love in return.

    exactly i mean who certifies this? at TellTale or Microsoft

    my options for episode 5 are as follows when pushing play

    1. Start at Episode 1
    2. freeze at Episode selection screen
    3.freeze at black screen
    4. freeze at screen that says loading in the bottom right
    5. game starts and freezes and second dialogue option point
    6. (this is the best one) just past second dialogue point pop up saying "game no longer located on storage device"

    i get reset to ep 1 or get a screen saying are you sure want to rewind to this point. it doesnt even let me choose yes or no it just freezes my xbox :/

    We are aware of this issue and currently working on a solution. We hope to have a patch to submit to Microsoft soon. We do apologize for the problem you are experiencing.

    then what happens to us who purchased the disc version for 360 that do not have xbox live access??? where's our fix.

    Yes I'd like them to offer a replacement disc for those who can't get on Xbox Live. I mean wasn't that the whole point of a retail disc? Otherwise I liked what I played so far.

    What is the issue you are experiencing? Do you have an offline account or a live enabled account that is not online?

    So how's the update patch going? Why no progress reports for us? How can Telltale continue to leave everyone hanging like this? I understand that things take time, but some consideration for keeping us up to speed would be helpful, and frankly...professional.

    Have attempted to play the game offline and online using different profiles, and it makes no difference at all. The game is so terribly laggy that it amazes me that the disk ever made it to shelf.

    As for me, we don't have internet. I use my parents', they live right across the street. I did get on Xbox Live once about 5 years ago by taking my Xbox over there, and dragging my Xbox and their tv up the stairs to where their computer is. But now they have a flatscreen that's nailed into the table to keep the grandkids from knocking it over, and I have a nonwireless Xbox. And since they now only have cellphones they don't have the wires I need to run downstairs.

    Be thankful you can play up to episode 5, mine quits at the end of one.
