cant download episodes 2-5

Hi.I can't download episodes 2-5 on my ipad ios 6.I have already bought the game but when i click the get button it stucks on %0.00.What should I do ?
I have enough free space to download packages but i cant.Help?:eek:

    I had the same problem as you do. Fortunately, the sticky thread helped me install episodes 2-5. Make sure you check out the URL below. Read the thread carefully and look at the troubleshooting part if you have problems. Thank ali-r and DjNDB.

    Grateful for any suggestions on how to download multipack 2-5for iPad 3. Can't seem to access link you posted :-( love the game. Don't want it to end this way :-(

    Oh. I see. I think the Telltale mods took the link down sometime this week. I'm afraid that you'll have to wait for an official patch/solution from Telltale.
