iphone download freezing at 99%

Hi.

After a week of trying to download episode 2 (every night for 8+ hours), it finally completed. Now I'm having issues with episode 3, it's stuck at 99% for the past 3+ hours... :-/

    Wow... still nothing. No response from my e-mail support query as well. Awesome.

    Will just get a refund from Apple. Thanks Telltale.

    THis is not good i was really excited when i found out about BTTF and TWD but all these negtive comments an no responses to my emails or half the posts on the forums really concern me as to if i do purchase both and have problems will i get any support????
