Orders placed on April 26 still haven't shipped.

Hi. I placed two orders on April 26 and both of them still say "Your order is being processed and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."

How long does it usually take until an order gets shipped?

    Let me start by saying that I'm only a moderator and therefore can not track your order.
    However, here's the answer I've given before to Telltale Store customers with a similar question.

    I'm wondering if Pokemega got their order yet, cause I bought something last week and it still hasn't arrived. I thought Telltale used to have quicker shipping, has something changed? That is pretty crazy with getting the order before it says shipped, though. I also strangely never got an email confirming my order and had to look it up in my past purchases to see when I'd actually placed it.

    EDIT: Well, look at that. A day later it gets here and still says it hasn't shipped. That's a pretty interesting coincidence.
