"PokerNight2.exe Has Stopped Working" - Any Solutions

Happens on the loading screen when I load it up. I've tried
Compatibility Mode
Running as Admin
Downloading that dll file
removing my Controller
Hitting my Keyboard

    It was working with running the game as Admin for me on Win7 until tonight. It randomly stopped working again, and now no matter what I try, it won't run. I have changed NOTHING on my system, literally nothing and it just stopped working again.

    Sigh...
