I bought the humble bundle of games. None of the games will launch when my controller is plugged in. They all work fine with the controller unplugged.

How can I play TT games without unplugging my controller?

I have a ps2 controller connected to my pc. The pc is located in a snug place and it would be a pain to have to plug things in and out just to play these games.

My os is Windows 8 Pro 64.
