Charged twice for pre-order
I pre-ordered The Wolf Among Us on October 10th. After everything went through I went to check my bank account to see if I had been charged and there were two charges to Telltale for the pre-order. If I can show proof can I get one of those charges back?

It really shouldn't be a problem to get that money back (because it doesn't even make sense to buy the game twice with the same account).
