In the past, whenever they've caved in to the impatient demands of their customers, Telltale have relea… moresed an episode prematurely that could have done with more polish. Back to the Future ep5 comes to mind. I could have sworn one of the Monkey Island episodes had to be patched too. Since then, they've been very careful, I think. But I don't know for certain. Still haven't bought/played Jurassic Park or Walking Dead Season 1.
I hope it is just some bug squashing I need to get back into the swing of TWAU it has been a long wait.
I understand the frustration that people have with episodic releases I was the same with TWD. I'm surprised I didn't pop a blood vessel. But it shouldn't be long until we jump back into the shoes of Bigby.

They've got a lot on their plate right now with the release of TWD Season 2. I'd expect an announcement maybe this weekend, with the release date being next weekend.
Can only hope but I don't see why TWD season 2 would interfer with this game or this game with that one, thought it was being made by different staff or at the very least different time frames so they wouldn't clash?

This is true, but anything can happen. They still have to be submitted/tested... TTG makes both so releasing them close to eachother is bound to get weird.

lol same here but PSN, oddly enough tho despite PC getting it earlier if it goes the same way as ep 1 why is that PC release is like $24 yet PSN atleast that I know of idk about xbox was only $20? I want to get it when PC gets it but i couldnt spend that extra $5
Also, the PC version is much more likely to experience a price drop - for example through Steam deals - even during the Season. I believe the slightly higher base price is justified.

But the truth is you Will still buy n play it. I agree with you tho, from our point of view its like, if they said 'ok guys it'll be out in about 4 weeks' at least you wouldn't feel tempted to hope for it each n everyday then feel disappointed that checking like that is the only way to know for sure that it has or hasn't come out yet. They've given an estimated release window. I don't remember what it is, but it's been mentioned in this thread. I'm sure they're doing what they can. At least they haven't set a date that they would end up having to push back.

Can't say whether Telltale did or did not decide to change their schedule. But I would say they do know that two months between episodes is considerably too far apart. If they hadn't been absolutely sure that they can pull off simultaneous releases, they would not have attempted to do that.

While I can't remember the link to the interview, they did say during one that they might find it hard to keep to their schedule until the new year. But during next year, they should have things right where they want them to be in terms of release schedules. At least that's their plan, unless something has changed. So, I'm guessing that for next year, if everything goes to plan, we'll have monthly episodes, or thereabouts.
I'm guessing they're still growing their teams and such? Which would explain it. So, I reckon it's mostly coming down to growing pains.
I paid for the season pass as well, I AM rather upset not at the fact that it could be a full YEAR before I get to play the full game but that the releases might come so far apart I WILL forget about the game or just not want to play it anymore due to this reason, I paid retail price which is about $20-25 for this game and I honestly expect a release if not every couple weeks to atleast a month, and maybe TWD inbetween the next episodes would be really great....

It would, BUT there is probably a loophole that 3-4 is what they are working on at this moment in time, and that E2 still has a few kinks to go.

Well, I've started playing TWD when Episode 5 comes out so I don't know the feeling before but now, geez, I feel like I'm a walker. LOL
