The UFO?
i'm surprised ive never seen a thread about this before. In 400 days there is a UFO in the sky in shell's story, and I can't help myself but wonder why TT would put a UFO in TWD. Why would they do that? Are they hinting towards something? (probably not, but...)

It's an easter egg. Or maybe at the end of episode 1, the UFO will show up, take Clementine away and the next episode will start with Clementine in the ship and we find Kenny alive but he is in a cow body. Also, this is just a joke, I'm not actually serious.

If there was an easter egg it'd be a running joke from Kirkman for years telling fans that the UFO's will come anytime. It's a joke, but in issue #75 fools around with an extra few colored pages showing that it was all an alien invasion, but it shows the fan service that he doesn't mind having some fun. Cactus_Sauce is right though that it's just a prop left over from the scene not fully loading correctly. Keep looking to the skies :P

I am willing to bet that is the case, but Telltale has been known to put odd Easter Eggs in there games, so its really up in the air as to what it is.

It was over the RV before we saw it in the sky so it's probably just a mark on the screen or a glitch.

Yeah, it's a glitch. You can see it on/in front of the RV before it pulls away. That wouldn't make any sense from a perspective point of view if it was supposed to be an object in the background.
