Really I felt a bit overwhelmed being introduced to him alongside 5 or so characters. I ended up forgiving him to keep him from joining Rebecca's viewpoint on Clem. It also seems that the old guy was a bit harder on him than he had to be at times. Although I chose to escape from the walkers with the old man at the end, I don't think he'll hold it against me, as he seemed to escape to the cabin anyways.
Nick looks more like a young Nate to me, but acts like a teen Kenny. Short temper and all...
I can see that, both care a lot about family, Nick is so protective of his close family that he doesn't accept a 'pretend' father. Don't think he's going to be the pal of Clem like Kenny was to Lee, that's Luke I think. Although Nick's more rebellious I feel than Kenny who followed tradition, both share similarities and differences and just want more of them :P

Could be interesting if Nate is Carver he would be a good villain
