So yeah I THINK its pretty much proved
Might not be a glitch considering that the choice regarding the St. Johns only cares if you killed BOTH. Therefore, the flashback would only show if you killed both or neither since the game doesn't consider a choice being only killing one brother. Maybe it won't matter in the long run or maybe our choice did register correctly and will be mentioned later. Or it could be a glitch.
That's a bug to do with the choice. If you killed one or neither of the brothers, it shows that. It only shows you killing Danny if you killed both him and Andy.
When does Carlos say that Carver was once a member of the group?
He does say, that the guy in the picture above, was "somebody they were with before". But not that this is Carver. Might be a total different guy. Let's say his name is John.
How do we know that Carver is person, anyways? Could be the name of the whole group.
In the stats screen there's just "Did you kill both brothers?". So probably the game doesn't make a difference between killing none or only one of the brothers, when it comes to a point where this decision plays out in the future..
Still I think the "previously on the walking dead"-part should show what you really did. If you killed Danny, it should show so. Regardless of whether or not that has an impact later on. That should be fixed, at some point.

I'm pretty sure the scene is gonna go down like this "We ain't here to rob nobody.. Just relax and put the gun down man" Then Kenny will say something that Kenny would say, then Clementine recognizes his voice and walks up and says "I thought you were dead" that's what i think will happen.. IMO.

That guy could still be from a third group (the one with the person, Clem thought was dead, if that's not Carver's group itself) or whatever. I think it's probably Carver. I just don't make the jump to "he is". That's what the wikia does.

what about glenn? he did say when he left he was going to look for his friends, and you dont have the option to stop him. before she says "i thought you were dead" you see a bunch of guys. maybe those are his friends?
I was thinking it has to be Kenny but now that you mention it Lily could be possible. Even though I hope it turns out to be Kenny it's better to keep me guessing.
I think TELLTALE is tricking and the person who Clementine sees will be nobody we're thinking and saying here: neither Christa, nor Kenny, nor Lilly, nor the guy Clem refuses water to, nobody.
You're not considering the other options. In my game, Clementine shot the stranger through the head, and I left Lilly on the side of the road, thus giving her less chance of survival.
Mark is surely coming back, he escaped the farm and now wanders around on a wheelchair. that pretty much explains why Clementine doesn't look up to say "I thought you were dead."
It can't be molly because she can die, you can see her die if you don't save her. Lily and Kenny are the only people that matter what you chos… moree, disapears. Kenny being surrounded by zombies in both scens is most likly dead, Lily on the other hand, can get up north were Clemclem is.

If you go with Nick it's pretty clear that Pete gets eaten by zombies, but if you go with Pete all you see is Nick shooting zombies and going … moreinto the woods (this makes me think he gets saved anyway since he's closer to the group than Pete and Clem if you choose to help Pete, making me wonder if this is kinda like a Shawn/Duck situation).
