Xbox 360 retail disc glitch (lagging) Season 1, Xbox 4GB Slim console.

Hi

I live in the Republic of Ireland in Europe. I just got the retail disc version of the Walking Dead season 1 game and have the bad lagging issues that everyone is talking about as I have the 4GB slim Xbox. I have sent the email with the receipt and photo and appropriate form filled out but I read something about it maybe being closed and that you do not oblige European versions of the disc.

So firstly can I still receive the downloadable codes and

Secondly can you fix the problem for European versions of the disc and provide the download codes.

You can reply to a received private message by clicking on the megaphone next to the shopping cart at the top right of the screen. It will load your Feed page where my message will show up in purple.
